在新的历史条件下,党纪学习教育不仅是加强党的纪律建设的内在要求,更是解决大党独有难题的现实需要,是全面推进中国式现代化的关键举措。党纪学习教育以《中国共产党纪律处分条例》为学习重点,要求党员干部认真学纪,夯实守纪基础;准确知纪,掌握党纪内容;自觉明纪,把准党纪界限;严格守纪,做到知行合一。因此,党纪学习教育的实践路径在于:以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为引领,坚持党的全面领导,健全党纪学习教育制度机制,运用科学的工作方法,以提升党纪学习教育工作实效。

Under the new historical conditions,the discipline education of the Communist Party of China is not only the internal requirement for strengthening the discipline construction,but also the practical need to solve the unique problems of the Party,and the key measure to comprehensively promote Chinese path to modernization.The discipline education focuses on The Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Treatment,which requires all members and cadres to study discipline seriously and lay a solid foundation for discipline observance,accurately understand and grasp the content of discipline,consciously abide by and define the boundaries of discipline,strictly abide by discipline and achieve the unity of knowledge and action.Therefore,the practical path of the discipline education of the CPC lies in taking Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the guide,adhering to the comprehensive leadership of the CPC,improving the education system and mechanism,and taking scientific working methods,in order to enhance the effectiveness of the education work.
