摘要
培养全面发展型高素质人才是中国特色社会主义教育事业的重要目标之一,“三全育人”模式有助于该目标的实现。然而相当比例的地方高校“三全育人”工作尚停留在理论阶段,未能有效地深入开展。项目组以淮北师范大学生命科学学院为例,基于“课程、科研、实践、文化”元素,开展“三全育人”模式的四维构建探索,取得了一定的成效,为地方本科院校开展“三全育人”工作提供路径参考。
Cultivating well-rounded and high-quality talents is one of the important goals of socialist education with Chinese characteristics,and the model of Three Comprehensive Education is conducive to achieving this goal.However,the work of Three Comprehensive Education in a considerable proportion of local universities is still in the theoretical stage and has not been effectively carried out in depth.Taking School of Life Sciences at Huaibei Normal University as an example,the project team explores the four-dimension construction of the Model of Three Comprehensive Education based on the elements of curriculum,research,practice,and culture,and has achieved certain results,providing a path reference for local universities to carry out Three Comprehensive Education.
