“健康中国”背景下高校健身理论与指导课程建设困境及实践路径

摘要 随着“健康中国”战略的全面推进,全民健身指导服务需求越来越强烈,迫切需要高校开设相关课程发展学生的健身指导能力。当前,我省各高校健身理论与指导课程建设处于困境之中,具体表现为课程教学模式、方法及手段单一,学生课堂参与度低;课程内容缺乏创新创业教育和课程思政元素,影响人才培养质量;课程资源匮乏,精品课程开发意识薄弱,课程建设成效不显著,教学成果急需培育与转化。为了突破当前困境,需要通过优化课程设置,创新教学模式,推动教育信息化改革,切实提高学生综合素质;通过强化课程教学与“双创”教育及思政教育融合,全面激发学生创新意识,培养高尚道德情操;通过加强课程资源建设和精品课程开发,构建开放性课堂,全面深化产教融合,提高应用型人才培养质量。 With the comprehensive promotion of the strategy of"Healthy China",the people’s demand for national fitness guidance services is becoming more and more intense,and it is urgent for colleges and universities to set up relevant courses to develop students'fitness guidance ability.At present,the construction of fitness theory and guidance courses in colleges and universities in Jiangxi province is in a predicament,The following are manifestations.First,it has a single teaching mode,method and means,and the low participation of students in class.Second,the lack of innovation,entrepreneurship education and ideological and political elements in the course content affects the quality of talent training.Third,the curriculum resources are scarce and the consciousness of developing excellent courses is weak.Fourth,the effect of curriculum construction is not significant,and the teaching results are in urgent need of cultivation and transformation.In order to break through the current dilemma,the following approaches should be employed:optimize the curriculum,innovate the teaching mode,promote the reform of education informatization,and effectively improve the comprehensive quality of students;stimulate students'innovative consciousness in all aspects and cultivate their noble moral sentiment through strengthening curriculum teaching,"double innovation"education and ideological and political education integration;improve the quality of application-oriented personnel training by strengthening the construction of curriculum resources,the development of high-quality courses,the construction of open classrooms and comprehensively deepening the integration of production and education.
