近几年来,国内橡机行业在自动化升级中上取得了显著成绩,但该行业具有多元化和个性化的特点,设计过程会产生众多繁杂的设计数据,这一特性迫使橡机设备制造厂家寻求可适用行业特点数据管理方法,通过采用信息化数据管理手段,快速地利用现有设计数据资源匹配客户需求,提升产品设计响应速度,以提升企业在市场中的竞争力。本文从系统规划及实施的角度对桂林中昊的PDM项目过程做了简要介绍,分享了实施的过程中获得的经验和教训。

In recent years,the domestic rubber machinery industry has achieved significant results in automation upgrading.However,this industry has the characteristics of diversification and personalization,and its design process generates numerous complex design data,which forces rubber machinery equipment manufacturers to seek applicable industry specific data management methods.Therefore,we need to use information technology data management methods to quickly match customer needs with existing design data resources,improve product design response speed,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.This article provides a brief introduction to the PDM project process of Guilin Zhonghao from the perspective of system planning and implementation,and shares the experiences and lessons learned during the implementation process.
