摘要
以典型高密度城区武汉市江汉区为例,使用包括普查数据、路径规划API在内的多源数据建立江汉区地理信息模型,分析江汉区老年群体公园绿地可达性、服务水平和供需关系。研究结果表明,在服务范围上,区域内公园绿地15 min可达性覆盖率为65.16%,低于预期值;在服务水平上,整体水平较好,但服务能够覆盖的老年人口占比在街道层面存在显著不均;在供需匹配上,对于居住小区老年人口需求,绿地服务能力供应整体不足,且存在明显空间差异。依据供需匹配结果,提出增加公园绿地规模,增补口袋公园,优化公园出入口等有针对性的布局优化策略。
Taking the typical high-density urban area of Jianghan District in Wuhan City as an example,a geographic information model of Jianghan District was established using multi-source data including census data and route planning API,and the accessibility,service level,and supply-demand relationship of park green spaces for the elderly were analyzed.The results showed that in terms of service scope,the coverage rate of 15-minute accessibility of green space was 65.16%,lower than expected;in terms of service level,the overall service level was good,but the proportion of elderly population covered by services was significantly uneven at the sub-district level;in terms of supply and demand matching,the overall supply of green space service capacity was insufficient for the elderly population in residential areas,and the spatial difference was significant.Based on the matching results of supply and demand,the paper proposed targeted optimization strategies such as increasing the scale of park green space,supplementing pocket parks,and optimizing park entrances and exits.
