摘要
结合全钢子午线轮胎生产实际情况,分析7.00R16轮胎动平衡波动的原因,并提出相应的解决措施。通过采取内衬层压延工序增加自动纠偏装置、适时更换压延型辊和辊芯,成型工序保证双侧胎侧同时导开、加强操作培训和成型设备精度校验等改进措施,轮胎动平衡一级品率提升12.49%。
Based on the actual production situation of all-steel radial tires,the reasons for the dynamic balance fluctuations of 7.00R16 tires were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.By adopting the improvement measures,such as adding automatic correction devices,timely replacement of calendering rollers and roller cores under the inner liner calendering process,ensuring simultaneous opening of both sides of the sidewall,and strengthening operation training and precision verification of the building equipment under the building process,the first-grade product rate of tire dynamic balance increased by 12.49%.
