钢丝圈位置对半钢子午线轮胎胎圈压力的影响

摘要 采用有限元仿真技术建立三维轮胎模型和轮辋模型,研究钢丝圈位置对半钢子午线轮胎胎圈压力的影响。结果表明:采用有限元仿真方法可以较准确地模拟胎圈压力,其精度取决于轮胎模型的准确性和建模方式等;钢丝圈部位的建模方式对胎圈压力影响较大;胎圈压力对钢丝圈水平位置[以钢丝圈外缘到轮胎外缘的水平距离(W)为代表]变化很敏感,W越小,胎圈压力越小,W越大,胎圈压力越大。 The three-dimensional tire model and rim model were established using finite element simulation technology,and the influence of wire ring position on the bead pressure of steel-belted radial tires was studied.The results indicated that the finite element simulation method could accurately simulate bead pressure,and its accuracy depended on the accuracy of the tire model and the modeling method.The modeling method of the wire ring had a significant impact on the bead pressure.The bead pressure was sensitive to the change in the horizontal position of the wire ring(represented by the horizontal distance W from the outer end of the wire ring to the outer end of the rim).The smaller W was,the lower the bead pressure was,and the larger W was,the higher the bead pressure was.
