退役LiFePO_(4)正极材料强化解离技术研究现状及展望

摘要 随着新能源汽车产业及储能领域快速发展,退役LiFePO_(4)电池的规模化综合回收已成为我国新能源领域可持续发展面临的关键挑战与迫切需求。总结了退役LiFePO_(4)电池正极材料的主要强化解离技术,包括火法冶金、湿法冶金、机械化学、电化学冶金等的原理、优缺点及研究应用现状,进一步阐述了强化解离技术在提高有价组分回收效率、降低成本和减少环境影响方面的创新进展,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望。 With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry and the energy storage field,the comprehensive recycling of a large number of spent LiFePO_(4)batteries has become a key challenge and urgent demand for the sustainable development of new energy in China.This paper summarizes the principle,advantages and disadvantages,research and application status of major strong dissociation technologies for retired LiFePO_(4)battery cathode materials,including pyrometallurgy,hydrometallurgy,mechanochemistry,electrochemical metallurgy,etc.,and further expounds the innovation progress of strong dissociation technology in improving the recovery efficiency of valuable components,reducing costs and reducing environmental impact.The future development trend is also prospected.
