基于EQ-5D-5L的河南省肺癌患者健康相关生命质量状况调查研究

Health-Related Quality of Life of Lung Cancer Inpatients and the Associated Factors Based on EQ-5D-5L in Henan Province

[目的]评估河南省肺癌住院患者的健康相关生命质量(health-related quality of life,HRQOL),并探讨相关影响因素。[方法]基于欧洲五水平五维生命质量量表(EuroQol five-dimensional five-level questionnaire,EQ-5D-5L),采用问卷调查2023年6月至10月间在河南省肿瘤医院住院的肺癌患者的健康相关生命质量状况及健康效用值并分析相关影响因素。[结果]研究共调查299例肺癌住院患者,其健康效用值中位数为0.893,视觉模拟评分刻度尺(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分为(72.26±15.16)分。患者在焦虑/抑郁和疼痛/不舒服两个维度上存在的问题最为突出。Tobit回归分析显示,家庭年支出越高、抚养人数越多和临床分期越晚的患者,其HRQOL越差(P均<0.05)。[结论]肺癌患者的生命质量受家庭经济负担和临床分期影响。未来应当通过医疗保健系统和社会支持体系提供心理支持和经济援助等措施。

[Purpose]To survey the health-related quality of life(HRQOL)among lung cancer patients in Henan province and to explore its influencing factors.[Methods]The HRQOL were surveyed with EuroQol five-dimensional five-level questionnaire(EQ-5D-5L)among 300 lung cancer patients admitted in Henan Cancer Hospital from June to October 2022.[Results]A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 299 valid ones were returned.The median EQ-5D-5L score was 0.893,and the mean visual analogue scale(VAS)score was 72.26±15.16.Pain/Discomfort and Anxiety/Depression were the most problematic dimensions.The Tobit regression analysis showed that the higher annual household expenditure,the more dependents and later-stage patients were influential factors for reduced HRQOL of lung cancer patients(all P<0.05).[Conclusion]The study shows that the quality of life of lung cancer patients is affected by family financial burden and the pathological stage of the disease.In the future,Measures such as psychological support and financial assistance should be provided through the healthcare system and societal support frameworks.
