摘要
高校辅导员的职业幸福感影响着大学生的成长成才和高校的育人质量。因此,高校辅导员职业幸福感的提升具有重要意义。以PERMA模型为依据和指导,通过培养积极情绪、创造投入体验、构建积极人际关系、明确工作意义和积累成功体验等,可以不断提升辅导员的职业幸福感。
The occupational well-being of college counselors affects the growth and success of college students and the quality of education in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the occupational well-being of college counselors.Based on and guided by the PERMA model,counselors’occupational well-being can be continuously improved by cultivating positive emotions,creating input experience,building positive interpersonal relationships,clarifying the meaning of work and accumulating successful experience.
