“思专创”融合视角下高校师范人才培养体系优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Training System of Normal Talents in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of the Integration of“Ideology,Expertise and Creativity”

高校教学模式不断改革和创新以更好地培养应用型人才。基于此,以“思专创”融合教学模式对培养师范学生的意义为切入点,探讨融合过程中存在的问题,构建“思想政治为引领,专业知识为支撑,创新创业显成效”三位一体的人才模式,以期推动高校各类课程的教学改革,成功培养有思想、有能力的师范专业人才。高等院校应持续深化“三全育人”综合改革,在“思专创”融合的思想理念、教学目标、教学内容、课程内容、教学资源、教学环节、实践平台和师资队伍等方面进行优化,以促进新时期师范教育高质量发展。

The teaching mode of colleges and universities is constantly reformed and innovated to better cultivate applied talents.Based on this,this paper takes the significance of the integrated teaching mode of“ideology,expertise and creativity”to the cultivation of normal students as the starting point,discusses the problems existing in the integration process,and constructs a three-in-one talent model of“ideological and political guidance,professional knowledge as support,remarkable results of innovation and entrepreneurship”,in order to promotes the teaching reform of various courses in colleges and universities,and successfully cultivate normal professionals with ideas and abilities.Colleges and universities should continue to deepen the comprehensive reform of“Three Complete Education”,and optimize the ideological concept,teaching objectives,teaching content,course content,teaching resources,teaching links,practice platform and teaching staff of the integration of“ideology,expertise and creativity”,so as to promote the high-quality development of normal education in the new era.
