单槽套环镀锌黑色钝化工艺研究

摘要 针对单槽短尾套环在铆接过程中容易出现铆接失败影响行车安全的问题,研究对单槽短尾套环进行黑色膜层表面处理,通过铆接前后套环颜色的变化来检查铆接是否成功。在套环防腐涂层外面添加黑色润滑有机涂层,并采用射线膜层测厚仪测试膜层厚度、盐雾试验箱测试彩色涂层的耐蚀性能。最终确定彩色膜层的最佳表面处理工艺为:氯化铬的含量在15~20 g/L,发黑剂MB-341的最佳体积比为8%~10%,钝化液温度选择40~50℃,钝化时间选择100~120 s, pH值选择1.8~2.2。 Hort-tail bushing may affect the safety of driving,the surface treatment of single-slot short-tail bushing with black film layer was studied,checking whether the riveting was successful by changing the color of the rings before and after the riveting.Black lubricated organic coating was added on the outside of the anti-corrosion coating of the ring,and the film thickness was measured by the x-ray film thickness meter,and the corrosion resistance of the color coating was tested by the salt spray test box.The optimal surface treatment process was determined as follows:the content of chromium chloride was 15~20 g/L,the volume ratio of blackening agent MB-341 was 8%~10%,the temperature of passivation solution was 40~50℃,the passivation time was 100~120 s,choosing a pH of 1.8~2.2.
