摘要
以泡沫镍为基底通过原位生长和电化学沉积法制备了高灵敏无酶型葡萄糖传感器In-Sn@NiO复合材料。X射线衍射和X光电子能谱测试结果证明In、Sn元素成功复合到NiO电极表面;电化学测试结果表明,In-Sn@NiO复合电极材料的灵敏度高达3.51 mA/(mmol/L·cm^(2)),线性范围为2~18 mmol/L,检出限为69.09μmol/L。该电极材料对干扰物的电流响应不超过5%,说明其有良好的选择性。
A highly sensitive non-enzymatic glucose sensor based on nickel foam was prepared by in-situ growth and electrochemical deposition to fabricate the In-Sn@NiO nanomaterials.The results of X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy indicated that In and Sn elements were successfully combined onto the surface of the NiO.The electrochemical test results displayed that the sensitivity of the In-Sn@NiO electrode material was as high as 3.51 mA/(mmol/L·cm^(2))with a linear range of 2~18 mmol/L and a detection limit of 69.09μmol/L.The electrode material has a current response of no more than 5%to interfering substances,indicating good selectivity.
