离子色谱法测定硝酸中铵盐含量的研究

摘要 硝酸生产装置中铵盐的含量反映系统运行状态,铵盐含量过高影响设备运转,也容易引发爆炸事故,因此监测硝酸中的铵盐含量非常重要。但是传统的甲醛定氮法存在结果不稳定、结果偏低等问题。离子色谱法是分析离子化合物的有效方法之一,其操作简单、快速高效。本文利用离子色谱法测定稀释后硝酸中的铵离子含量,以5 mM硝酸作为淋洗液,电导检测器作响应,以外标法定量,通过精密度、回收率等指标判断,实现硝酸生产的日常监测分析。 The content of ammonium salt in the nitric acid plants reflects the operating state of the system.The high content of ammonium salt affects the safe and stable operation of the equipment,and is easy to cause explosion accidents.Therefore,it is very important to monitor the content of ammonium salt in nitric acid.However,the traditional formaldehyde nitrogen determination method has some problems,such as unstable and low results.Ion chromatography is one of the effective methods for the analysis of ionic compounds.Its operation is simple,fast and efficient.The content of ammonium ion in nitric acid after dilution was determined by ion chromatography,5 mM nitric acid was used as the eluent,the conductivity detector was used as the response,the quantification by external standard method,and the precision and recovery rate were judged to realize the daily monitoring and analysis of nitric acid production.
