两种白芨总粗多糖提取方法的初步对比研究

摘要 借鉴茯苓多糖尿素提取法,首次以尿素提取白芨总粗多糖,采用尿素溶液1、3、6 mol/L三种浓度,分别与60、80、97℃水浴提取,以蒸馏水提取作为对照,依据多糖含量、红外等选出两种方法最优提取工艺所得产品,进行衍生化,结果显示从衍生化角度,1 mol尿素溶剂提取的粗多糖比水溶剂提的粗多糖溶解性好。提示在一定条件下,水溶剂提取多糖含量虽比尿素溶剂提取的高,但在衍生化后,尿素提取的粗多糖比水提取的粗多糖更容易衍生化,其水溶性方面更好。为进一步活性研究提供了参考。 The total crude polysaccharide of Bletilla striata(TCBSPS)was extracted with urea solution of 1,3,6 mol/L,and 60,80,97℃water bath extraction,compared with the distilled water extract.According to the measured polysaccharide content and infrared spectroscopy,the best extract and derivative were found out.The result showed that the crude polysaccharide extracted from 1 mol urea had better solubility than that extracted from water after being derivated,although the latter content was higher than the former content.Moreover,during the derivatization,crude polysaccharide extracted from urea was easier to derivate than that from water,and the product was more superior in water solubility.It provided reference for further study of activity.
