摘要
煤系针状焦因其具有良好的物理、机械及电性能,被广泛地应用。针状焦的真密度是表征其质量的重要指标之一。作者介绍方大喜科墨实验室当前采用的针状焦真密度测试方法,简单分析了与国标法的异同点与优缺点。方大喜科墨方法在结果测试的精密度和准确性方面具有明显优势,且避免采用易燃的化学试剂,操作相对简便。同时考察了样品的粒度与恒温水浴温度对真密度结果的影响。
Coal-based needle coke is being widely applied due to its good physical,mechanical and electrical performances.Real density(RD)of needle coke is one of important parameters to characterize its quality.A procedure which was being used in FDXKM laboratory currently to discuss similarities/differences and advantages/disadvantages between GB methods briefly was introduced.FDXKM's method had obvious advantages on precision and accuracy of test result,and avoided to use flammable chemical reagents,its operating was relatively easy.Meantime,the influence of sample particle size and temperature of water bath to real density were investigated.
