摘要
食品添加剂能够改善食品品质,延长食品保质期限,但超量超范围使用也会引发食品安全问题。基于此,本研究从食品添加剂类别和基本情况两方面梳理食品添加剂的应用现状,对食品添加剂安全监管的不足之处进行分析,并针对性地提出相应的监管优化措施,旨在提升食品添加剂的监管效率和监管质量。
Food additives can improve food quality and extend the shelf life of food,but excessive use will also cause food safety problems.Based on this,this study sorted out the application status of food additives from the categories and basic situation of food additives,analyzed the deficiencies of food additive safety supervision,and put forward corresponding regulatory optimization measures,aiming at improving the regulatory efficiency and quality of food additives.
