我国食品卫生安全管理现状及对策

摘要 食品安全关乎国计民生,是全社会共同关注的热点问题。本文分析了我国食品卫生安全管理的必要性,指出当前存在的主要问题为法规执行力度不够、检验检测能力不足、信息透明度低,提出了加强立法与执法、提升检测水平、增进信息公开等对策建议。只有政府、企业、社会多方联动,形成全民参与的食品安全治理格局,才能不断提升食品安全保障水平,推动食品产业高质量发展。 Food safety is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and is a hot issue of common concern to the whole society.This paper analyzes the necessity of food hygiene and safety management in China,and points out the main problems at present:insufficient enforcement of laws and regulations,insufficient inspection and testing ability,low transparency of information.It proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening legislation and law enforcement,improving testing levels,and enhancing information disclosure.Only the government,enterprises and society can jointly form a food safety governance pattern with the participation of all people can we improve the level of food safety security and promote the high-quality development of the food industry.
