摘要 随着预制菜市场的蓬勃发展,预制菜食品生产企业面临的食品安全风险日益凸显。本文深入探讨了预制菜食品生产企业在原材料采购、加工过程、储存与运输、人员管理等方面可能遇到的食品安全风险,并提出了一系列有针对性的防范措施,包括严格把控原材料质量、优化生产工艺、加强储存与运输管理、提升人员素质等,旨在为预制菜食品生产企业保障食品安全、实现可持续发展提供有益的参考。 With the booming development of the prefabricated food market,the food safety risks faced by prefabricated food production enterprises are becoming increasingly prominent.This article explores in depth the food safety risks that prefabricated food production enterprises may encounter in raw material procurement,processing,storage and transportation,personnel management,and proposes a series of targeted preventive measures,including strict control of raw material quality,optimization of production processes,strengthening storage and transportation management,and improving personnel quality.The aim is to provide useful references for prefabricated food production enterprises to ensure food safety and achieve sustainable development.
