基于质谱技术的食品中污染物检测方法研究

摘要 随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,食品安全问题受到广泛关注。食品中的有害污染物会对人体健康造成严重威胁,及时准确检测食品中的污染物至关重要。本文重点介绍了基于质谱的食品污染物检测流程,包括样品采集、样品处理、质谱分析和数据处理解析等关键环节,探讨了其在食品安全检测领域的应用前景,旨在为食品安全检测提供新思路和新方法。 With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,food safety has received extensive attention.Harmful contaminants in food can pose a serious threat to human health,and timely and accurate detection of contaminants in food is crucial.In this paper,we focus on the mass spectrometry-based food contaminant detection process,including sample collection,sample processing,mass spectrometry analysis and data processing and analysis,and discuss its application prospect in the field of food safety testing,aiming to provide new ideas and methods for food safety testing.
