食品安全抽检关乎公众健康和消费者权益,对于保障食品安全、维护市场秩序、提高监管效果和效率具有重要意义。本文结合2023年三明市食品抽检情况,探讨了食品抽检的重要性和存在的一些挑战,并提出了相应的建议,以供参考。
Food safety sampling is related to public health and consumer rights,and is of great significance for ensuring food safety,maintaining market order,and improving regulatory effectiveness and efficiency.This article discusses the importance and challenges of food sampling based on the food sampling situation in Sanming city in 2023,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for reference.
