输电线路防外破杆塔状态监测系统设计

摘要 以杆塔使用状况监测为例,开展输电线路防外破监测系统设计。针对现阶段杆塔状态开展监测,深入探讨处理器与传感器的选型及注意事项,提出合理的系统设计。选择ARM处理器作为杆塔前端监测系统的核心组件,前端操作系统核心部分为STM32F4处理器,以MDK-ARM构建集成开发环境(IDE)实现系统建设。设计包含系统构建、倾斜测试、无线传输等。选择具备多频段GSM/GPRS的G510模组进行测试。测试结果表明,当杆塔倾斜角增大达至阈值时会触发报警,数据会被传输到云服务器与手机,有效提高了杆塔状态监测效率,具有很好的实际应用价值。 Taking the monitoring of tower usage as an example,the design of transmission line anti-breaking monitoring system is carried out.It focuses on monitoring the status of the tower,deeply discusses the content and matters for attention in the selection of processors and sensors,and proposes a reasonable system design.In the system,ARM processor is selected as the core component of the tower front-end monitoring system,and the core part of the front-end operating system is STM32F4 processor,and MDK-ARM is used to build the integrated development environment(IDE)to achieve the system construction.The design consists of system construction,tilt test and wireless transmission.G510 module with multi-band GSM/GPRS is selected for testing.The test results show that when the cumulative tilt angle of the tower increases to the threshold,the alarm is triggered,and the data are transmitted to the cloud server and mobile App,which effectively improves the monitoring efficiency of tower status and has good practical application value.
