考虑高铁谐波特性的电费计算模型研究

摘要 目前,我国高铁牵引供电系统电费核算主要采用大工业用户计费方法,包括基本电费、有功电费、功率因数奖惩电费、附加费等4个部分,尚未考虑高铁谐波对电费计量的影响。为弥补该弊端,考虑高铁谐波特性对电费计算模型进行优化研究。基于实测数据分析高铁在启动、牵引、制动和停车整个运行过程的谐波特性。为精细划分系统侧和高铁侧的谐波责任,针对不同谐波特性采取不同责任分摊方法。在目前大工业计费方式基础上,建立考虑不同运行工况谐波责任的电费计算优化模型,并进行仿真验证。通过与目前计费方法、不考虑高铁运行状态的计费方法比较分析,验证了本文方法的合理性与精确性,有助于促进高铁电费精细化计量的进一步发展。 At present,Chinese high-speed railway traction power supply system mainly adopts the charging method of large industrial users,including basic electric charge,active power charge,power factor reward and punishment charge,surcharge and other four parts.It does not consider the impact of high-speed railway harmonic on electric charge measurement.In order to make up for this shortcoming,this paper optimizes the electric charge calculation model considering the harmonic characteristics of high-speed railway.Based on the measured data,this paper analyzes the harmonic characteristics of the whole operation process of the high-speed railway during start-up,traction,braking and stopping.In order to accurately divide the harmonic responsibilities of the system side and the high-speed railway side,different responsibility allocation methods are adopted according to different harmonic characteristics.On the basis of the current large industrial charging methods,the electric charge calculation and optimization model considering different operating conditions of harmonic responsibility is established and verified by simulation.By comparing with the current charging method and the charging method which do not consider the running state of high-speed railway,the rationality and accuracy of the method in this paper are verified,which is helpful to promote the further development of refined metering of high-speed railway electric charge.
