摘要
采用机械共混法制备硅藻土-白炭黑-Si69偶联剂-硅橡胶复合材料,分析硅藻土与白炭黑的配比、Si69偶联剂用量对复合材料硫化性能、物理机械性能和绝缘性能的影响。结果表明:随着硅藻土用量的增加,复合材料的工艺正硫化时间先增加后减小,表面电阻率和体积电阻率呈现先升高后降低的趋势,物理机械性能下降。当硅藻土与白炭黑的配比为10∶10时,用3份Si69偶联剂进行改性,复合材料的撕裂强度、扯断伸长率以及绝缘性能都较好。
The diatomite-silica-Si69-Silastic composites were prepared by mechanical blending.The effects of the ratio of diatomite-silica and the amount of Si69 on the vulcanization,physical and mechanical properties,and insulation properties of the composite were investigated.The results showed that the process vulcanization time first increased and then decreased,and both the surface resistivity and volume resistivity showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of the amount of diatomite,resulting in a decrease in physical and mechanical properties.When the ratio of diatomite to silica is 10∶10,and 3 parts of Si69 was used for modification,the composite material exhibited excellent tear strength,elongation at break,and insulation properties.
