摘要
新型增黏树脂S-7000具有优异的耐热、耐湿性能,在保证显著增黏效果的同时,其黏性保持时间更长,综合应用性能优异,为橡胶制品和轮胎制造业的发展提供强有力的支持。试验选用天然橡胶与顺丁橡胶作为制作半钢胎胎面的主要材料,以S-7000用量为变量,设计6组配方进行对比,分析不同用量增黏树脂对轮胎胎面胶料综合物性的影响,对比老化前后轮胎胎面胶料的各项物理机械性能。物理机械性能对比分析结果表明,随着轮胎胎面胶料中S-7000份数的增加,门尼黏度逐渐降低,焦烧时间和正硫化时间逐渐增加;S-7000的加入对轮胎胎面胶料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度等物理机械性能有一定影响,S-7000用量为2~4份时,轮胎胎面胶料的综合性能最好;随着S-7000份数的增加,轮胎胎面胶料的加工工艺性能比空白胶料(未添加S-7000)好,但是用量过多容易导致胶料粘辊现象。
The new tackifying resin S-7000 has excellent heat and moisture resistance,ensuring significant tackifying effect while maintaining longer viscosity retention time,and its comprehensive application performance is excellent,providing strong support for the development of rubber products and tire manufacturing industry.In the experiment,natural rubber and butadiene rubber are selected as the main materials for making semi steel tire treads,and six sets of formulas are designed with S-7000 dosage as the variable for comparison,and the effects of different dosages of tackifying resin on the comprehensive physical properties of tire tread rubber are analyzed,and the physical and mechanical properties of tire tread rubber before and after aging are compared.Comparative analysis of physical and mechanical properties shows that as the amount of S-7000 in the tire tread rubber increases,the Mooney viscosity gradually decreases,and the burning time and vulcanization time gradually increase;the addition of S-7000 has a certain impact on the physical and mechanical properties such as tensile strength and tear strength of tire tread rubber,when the dosage of S-7000 is 2~4 parts,the comprehensive performance of tire tread rubber is the best;with the increase of S-7000 dosage,the processing performance of tire tread rubber is better than that of blank rubber (without S-7000 added),but excessive dosage can easily cause the rubber to stick to the rollers.
