摘要
针对污水处理厂运行过程中的加药问题,将智能控制和生化系统控制深度融合,采用算法逻辑推导、在线仪表数据反馈、变频调节技术对加药量进行精确调节,并不断修正加药量,通过实践检验其效果。实践表明,通过应用精确加药控制系统实现了生产运行自动化,降低了工作人员的劳动强度,可避免过量加药,保障了出水稳定达标,全面提升了污水处理厂的精细化管理水平。
In response to the dosing problem during the operation of sewage treatment plants,intelligent control and biochemical system control are deeply integrated.Algorithm logic deduction,online instrument data feedback,and frequency conversion adjustment technology are used to accurately adjust the dosing amount,and the dosing amount is continuously corrected.The effectiveness is tested through practice.Practice has shown that the application of precise dosing systems has achieved automation of production operations,reduced the labor intensity of workers,avoided excessive dosing,ensured stable and compliant effluent,and comprehensively improved the fine management level of sewage treatment plants.
