应用电感耦合等离子体光谱法的土壤中游离态铁测定

摘要 目的:结合应用电感耦合等离子体光谱法,对土壤中的游离状态下的铁元素进行识别测定。方法:结合采集的数据和样本信息,进行检出限的标准计算,通过ICAP 7400型ICP-OES仪和邻菲啰啉显色方法,结合Fe 238.204谱线进行比色分析,基于此,综合游离态铁的线条变化,计算出各个周期检出限的标准差值。在线性范围之内,通过ICP-OES法和应用电感耦合等离子体光谱法计算出游离态铁的测定精密度值,并依据在低、中、高三种游离态铁含量样本背景条件下,计算出最终游离态铁的测定回收比,结合不同样本得出的数据,比对验证分析。结果:在低、中、高三种游离态铁含量样本测定中,最终得出的回收比均可以达到15以上。结论:针对所选择的3个样品,最终结合应用电感耦合等离子体光谱法得出的土壤中游离态铁测定的回收比均可以达到15以上,说明此次所设计的游离态铁测定方法更具针对性和稳定性,实际的应用效果更佳,具有实际的应用价值。 Objective:To identify and determine the free iron element in soil using inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy.Method:Firstly,based on the collected data and sample information,the detection limit standards were calculated.The ICAP 7400 ICP-OES instrument and the ortho phenanthroline colorimetric method were used,combined with Fe 238.204 spectral lines for colorimetric analysis.Based on this,the standard deviation of the detection limit for each cycle was calculated by taking into account the changes in the lines of free iron.Within a linear range,the precision values of the determination of free iron were calculated using ICP-OES method and inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy.Based on the background conditions of samples with low,medium,and high free iron content,the final recovery ratio of free iron was calculated.The data obtained from different samples were combined and compared for verification and analysis.Result:In the determination of samples with low,medium,and high free iron content,the final recovery ratio obtained can all reach 15 or above.Conclusion:For the three selected samples,the recovery ratio of free iron in soil determined by inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy can all reach 15 or above,indicating that the designed free iron determination method is more targeted and stable,with better practical application effect and practical application value.
