摘要
为进一步探究双加压硝酸生产设备的腐蚀防护问题,本文结合某化工厂现存的吸收塔冷却盘管腐蚀损坏问题,通过模拟实验和机理分析两方面的措施,研究其腐蚀原因,最终确定造成吸收塔冷却盘管腐蚀的原因是冷却水中氯离子含量偏高和盘管连接模式不合理。由此,在吸收塔的第9~15层安装脱氯装置,并使用直接热弯管工艺取代传统焊接工艺,以进行腐蚀防护,从实际应用结果来看,上述措施取得了一定的防护效果。
In order to further explore the corrosion protection issues of dual pressure nitric acid production equipment,this article combines the existing corrosion and damage problems of absorption tower cooling coils in a chemical plant.Through simulation experiments and mechanism analysis,two measures are taken to study the causes of corrosion.Finally,it is determined that the reason for the corrosion of absorption tower cooling coils is the high chloride ion content in the cooling water and the unreasonable connection mode of the coils.Therefore,dechlorination devices were installed on the 9th to 15th floors of the absorption tower,and direct hot bending technology was used instead of traditional welding technology for corrosion protection.From practical application results,the above measures have achieved certain protective effects.
