摘要
在油气田的开发中,容易受到含水量高的影响,使实际的资源采出含有较大的水量,需要关注膜分离技术的应用。具体而言:基于膜分离技术原理,从工业用水、油气田水蒸气、石油开采环境用水方面的处理工作出发,进行技术的应用分析,明确技术操作可行性;结合实际的油气田水处理作业,分析实际操作压差、膜的种类、液料浓度、膜孔径大小等因素对处理作业的干扰,在参数优化中提高分离效果。最后,开展方案试验,以期实现高效的水处理。
In the development of oil and gas fields,it is easy to be affected by high water content,which leads to the extraction of actual resources containing a large amount of water.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the application of membrane separation technology.Specifically,based on the principle of membrane separation technology,starting from the treatment of industrial water,oil and gas field steam,and environmental water for petroleum extraction,a technical application analysis is conducted to clarify the feasibility of technical operations.Based on actual oil and gas field water treatment operations,analyze the interference of factors such as pressure difference,membrane type,liquid concentration,and membrane pore size on the treatment operation,and improve the separation efficiency in parameter optimization.Finally,conduct scheme experiments in order to achieve efficient water treatment.
