摘要
为实现岳南煤业厚硬顶板下15#综采工作面的安全高效生产,以2152G01回采工作面为背景,采用实验室测试、理论计算、矿压监测等方法,进行顶板弱化技术的分析研究及应用,研究表明,工作面基本顶属于Ⅳa级,顶板来压将非常强烈,设计顶板弱化周期步距为30 m,采用深孔爆破技术进行预裂,预裂后液压支架工作阻力明显减小,工作面来压强度降低,顶板弱化效果较好。
In order to achieve safe and efficient production of the 15#fully mechanized mining face under the thick and hard roof of Yuenan Coal Industry,taking the 2152G01 mining face as the background,laboratory testing,theoretical calculation,mining pressure monitoring and other methods were used to analyze and apply the roof weakening technology.The research showed that the basic roof of the working face belongs to level Ⅳa,and the roof pressure will be very strong.The designed roof weakening cycle step distance is 30 meters,and deep hole blasting technology is used for pre splitting.After pre splitting,the working resistance of the hydraulic support is significantly reduced,the pressure strength of the working face is reduced,and the roof weakening effect is good.
