摘要
针对煤矿井下综采作业时巷道变形量大、综采成本高、浪费量大的不足,提出了无煤柱自成巷技术,对顶板预裂切缝设计方案、恒阻大锚索支护、巷道临时支护方案的应用情况进行了分析。根据在煤矿的实际应用表明,该新的无煤柱自成巷技术能够实现年节约成本11321.2万元,能够有效提升井下综采作业效率和经济性。
In response to the shortcomings of large deformation,high comprehensive mining cost,and large waste during coal mine underground comprehensive mining operations,a coal pillar free self forming roadway technology is proposed.The application of roof pre splitting and cutting design scheme,constant resistance large anchor support,and temporary roadway support scheme is analyzed.According to practical applications in coal mines,the new pillar free self forming roadway technology can achieve an annual cost savings of 1132.12 million yuan,effectively improving the efficiency and economy of underground comprehensive mining operations.
