摘要
本文选取山西某典型的木质家具制造厂开展木质家具制造厂挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)污染特征研究,对其不同车间及厂界进行样品采集和VOCs检测,并通过阈稀释倍数估算了主要VOCs恶臭的贡献。结果显示,该木质家具制造厂各车间TVOCs的质量浓度大小依次为:封边车间(183900.1μg/m^(3))>底漆车间(13112.6μg/m^(3))>面漆车间(4564.2μg/m^(3))>贴皮车间(2150.0μg/m^(3)),不同车间优势物种不同;厂界上、下风向TVOCs质量浓度分别为489.7μg/m^(3)和639.6μg/m^(3),厂界上风向VOCs以芳香烃(43.4%)为主,下风向卤代烃(38.4%)贡献最大,前3种单体化合物均为二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和间二甲苯;该家具制造车间主要的VOCs的恶臭物质有乙醛、对二乙苯、己醛、正丙苯和间-二甲苯,占总阈稀释倍数的66.0%。厂界环境空气中VOCs的主要恶臭物质为己醛、对二乙苯和乙醛,占总阈稀释倍数的77.6%。
Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)from wooden furniture-manufacturing industry is an important emission source.In order to study the pollution characteristics of VOCs in wooden furniture manufacturing plants,a typical wooden furniture manufacturing plant in Shanxi was selected to carry out sample collection and VOCs detection in different workshops and factory boundaries.The contribution of odor was estimated by the threshold dilution ratio.The results showed that the concentration of TVOCs in each workshop of the wooden furniture manufacturer is as follows:edge banding workshop(183900.1μg/m^(3))>undercoat workshop(13112.6μg/m^(3))>topcoat workshop(4564.2μg/m^(3))>veneering workshop(2150.0μg/m^(3)),different workshops have different dominant species.The TVOCs concentrations upwind and downwind of the factory boundary are 489.7μg/m^(3)and 639.6μg/m^(3)respectively.The VOCs in the upwind direction are aromatic hydrocarbons(43.4%),while the halogenated haloalkane(38.4%)in the downwind direction account for the largest proportion.The first three species The monomer compounds are dichloromethane,ethyl acetate and m-xylene.The main odor substances in the factory boundary were hexanal,p-diethylbenzene and acetaldehyde,accounting for 77.6%.The main odor substances in the workshop were acetaldehyde,p-diethylbenzene,hexanal,propylbenzene and m-xylene,which contributed 66.0%.
