太原市“二青会”期间环境空气质量保障效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Environmental Air Quality Assurance during the"Second Youth Conference"in Taiyuan City

基于“二青会”期间太原市环境空气实际监测结果,分析太原市“二青会”期间环境空气质量状况和机动车限行对空气质量的影响效果,利用大气颗粒物激光雷达设备实时实地监测颗粒物污染状况。分析结果表明:“二青会”期间太原市空气质量良好,无颗粒物污染发生。太原市“二青会”保障期间空气质量较保障前下降7.2%,较保障后下降14.3%。主要污染物PM_(2.5)、CO和NO_(2)质量浓度较保障前降幅分别达22.6%、12.5%和9.1%。机动车限行对空气质量影响明显,较限行前,限行期PM_(2.5)质量浓度下降18.2%,PM_(10)下降10.5%,NO_(2)下降9.1%。颗粒物组分显示机动车尾气和燃煤等污染源在“二青会”期间对大气颗粒物的影响下降。

Based on the actual monitoring results of environmental air in Taiyuan City during the"Second Youth Conference",this paper analyzes the environmental air quality status and the impact of motor vehicle restrictions on air quality during the"Second Youth Conference"in Taiyuan City.Real time on-site monitoring of particulate pollution status is carried out using atmospheric particulate matter lidar equipment.The analysis results indicate that during the"Second Youth Conference",the air quality in Taiyuan City was good,and no particulate matter pollution occurred.During the guarantee period of the"Second Youth Congress"in Taiyuan City,the air quality decreased by 7.2%compared to before the guarantee,and by 14.3%compared to after the guarantee.The main pollutants PM_(2.5),CO,and NO_(2)reached 22.6%,12.5%,and 9.1%respectively compared to before the guarantee.The restriction of motor vehicles has a significant impact on air quality.Compared with before the restriction,PM_(2.5)decreased by 18.2%,PM_(10)decreased by 10.5%,and NO2 decreased by 9.1%during the restriction period.The particulate matter composition shows that the impact of pollution sources such as motor vehicle exhaust and coal combustion on atmospheric particulate matter decreased during the"Second Youth Congress"period.
