微生物调剖技术的工程应用进展

摘要 注水开发目前是我国多数油田主要的开发方式。由于地层的非均质性导致注入水易沿着高渗透带发生窜流,降低吸水剖面,严重影响注水开发效果。常见的化学调剖剂通常有工艺复杂、稳定性差、污染严重和成本高等不足。近年来微生物提高采收率技术在国外迅速发展,逐渐受到国内学者的广泛关注。本文总结微生物调剖技术机理并综述了国内外微生物调剖技术的发展现状,最后提出未来微生物调剖技术应用的挑战与前景。 Water injection development is currently the main development method for most oil fields in China.Due to the heterogeneity of the formation,injected water is prone to flow along high permeability zones,reducing the water absorption profile and seriously affecting the effectiveness of water injection development.Common chemical profile control agents often have shortcomings such as complex processes,poor stability,severe pollution,and high costs.In recent years,microbial enhanced oil recovery has rapidly developed abroad and gradually received widespread attention from domestic scholars.In this article,the author summarizes the mechanism of microbial profile control technology and reviews the application of microbial profile control technology at home and abroad.Finally,the challenges and prospects of future microbial profile control technology applications are proposed.
