摘要
简述了煤浆制备工艺流程,结合某公司水煤浆加压气化煤浆制备的生产实际情况,针对几种影响水煤浆浓度的主要因素,分析了制备高浓度水煤浆需要控制磨煤机内钢棒级配、调整煤浆出料槽泵出口管线高度、磨煤机滚筒筛冲洗水、煤浆添加剂的用量、超细磨系统应用等关键操控点,通过生产中实测数据的比对,结合多年操作经验提出了相应的改进措施,以便为业内提供一些参考与借鉴。
This article briefly describes the coal slurry preparation process.Combined with the actual production situation of preparation of coal water slurry pressurized gasification coal slurry of a company,the preparation of high-concentration coal-water slurry is analyzed based on several main factors that affect the concentration of coal-water slurry.It is necessary to control the gradation of steel rods in the coal mill,adjust the height of the coal slurry discharge trough pump outlet pipeline,the washing water of the drum screen of the coal mill,the amount of coal slurry additives,the application of ultra-fine grinding systems and other key control points.Based on the comparison of actual measurement data in production and years of operating experience,put forward corresponding improvement measures to provide some reference for the industry.
