聚乙烯装置洗涤气密封罐焊缝泄漏原因分析及改进

摘要 针对扬子石化聚乙烯装置D-2304洗涤气密封罐罐体与下封头焊缝处泄露问题,通过宏观检查、成分分析、金相检验以及硬度试验等方法对洗涤器密封罐失效进行分析,分析焊缝处焊接残余应力过大、腐蚀性离子Cl^(-)导致泄漏的根本原因,对后期容器更新制造及运行过程水含量的检查给出了相关建议。 In view of the leakage of the weld between the body and the lower head of the D2304 washing gas seal tank of the polyethylene device of Yang Petrochemical,the failure of the scrubber seal tank was analyzed through macroscopic inspection,composition analysis,metallogram inspection and hardness test,and the root causes of the leakage caused by excessive welding residual stress and corrosive ion Cl^(-)at the weld were respectively analyzed.Some suggestions are given for checking the water content in the process of late container renewal manufacturing and operation.
