某寒冷地区石化项目埋地循环水管道应力分析的探讨

摘要 在寒冷地区,埋地循环水管道温度较高,为提高管道安全性,有必要进行应力分析。以某国外寒冷地区石化项目的埋地循环水管道为例,利用CAESAR Ⅱ软件对循环水管道进行应力分析。计算结果显示,该项目埋地的循环给水/回水管道二次应力皆有问题。并通过管道外包裹一种特殊的弹性软材料,解决二次应力问题。该案例对国内寒冷地区的埋地循环水管道进行应力分析具有一定的借鉴作用,对解决埋地管道的应力问题也提出了一种新的思路。 To improve the safety of the pipelines,the stress analysis is necessary when the temperature of the buried circulating water pipelines was high,especially in cold area.This paper took one oversea petroleum plant located at cold area for example,use CAESAR Ⅱ software to analyze the stress of the buried circulating water pipelines.The results show that the secondary stress has problem.And one specific soft material was used to eliminate the secondary stress,satisfying the requirement.This paper has preference function on the stress analysis of buried circulating water pipeline,and supplied one new material for solving the secondary stress of buried circulating water pipelines.
