摘要
为提升海关实验室安全管理水平,研究事件本体模型在该领域的应用,进而构建适用于海关实验室事故推演的事件本体模型。通过提取“人员、事件、时间、地点、物品”5种基础事故因子,构建了简约型5元组模型;利用蝴蝶结结构推演事故致因、过程和后果,采用“巡、办、督”控制措施持续改进模型,以某海关实验室为应用场景进行了事故推演分析。研究结果表明,该模型可从事故发生前、发生中、发生后3个阶段进行推演,将人员和物品2个因子在蝴蝶结结构中映射。经对比,该模型具有基础事故因子划分清晰、内容易懂、研判简单、可持续改进等优点。该模型能及时排查并消除实验室风险,有效保障人员和财产的安全。
To improve the safety management of customs laboratories,the application of event ontology model is studied,and an event ontology model suitable for accident deduction in customs laboratories is constructed.At first,the five basic accident factors of staff,event,time,place,object are extracted to construct a simple five-tuple.And then the bow tie structure is used to deduce the causes,the processes and the consequences of the accident.Finally,the model is sustainably improved through the control measures of patrol,handle,supervise.After analyzing the accident deduction in a custom laboratory,this model can timely identify and eliminate the laboratory risks,effectively ensuring the security of persons and property.The model can deduce the three stages before,during,and after an accident,mapping the two factors of staff and object in a bowtie structure.In comparison,the model has the advantages of clear division for basic accident factors,easy-to-understood for the model content,concise judgment and sustainable improvement.
