颈部功能锻炼联合冰袋冷敷预防甲状腺术后患者颈过伸脑循环紊乱综合征的效果及其对颈部活动度、肩关节功能的影响

Effect of Neck Function Exercise Combined with Ice Pack Cold Compress on Prevention of Cervical Hyperextension Cerebral Circulation Disorder Syndrome in Patients after Thyroid Surgery and Its Influence on Neck Motion and Shoulder Joint Function

目的 分析甲状腺术后患者应用颈部功能锻炼联合冰袋冷敷对颈过伸脑循环紊乱综合征发生率、颈部活动度及肩关节功能的影响。方法 选取2022年04月至2023年04月期间我院98例甲状腺择期手术患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其均分为2组,各49例。基础组给予颈部功能锻炼,实验组在此基础上增加冰袋冷敷。对比两组患者颈过伸脑循环紊乱综合征发生率、颈部活动度及肩关节功能。结果 实验组患者颈过伸脑循环紊乱综合征发生率低于基础组(P<0.05);实验组患者前屈、后伸、向健侧屈曲、向患侧屈曲、向健侧旋转、向患侧旋转活动度均高于基础组(P<0.05);实验组患者疼痛程度、日常生活能力、肌力、肩关节活动范围分值均高于基础组(P<0.05)。结论 颈部功能锻炼联合冰袋冷敷能够有效减少甲状腺术后患者颈过伸脑循环紊乱综合征的发生,改善颈部活动度,提高肩关节功能。

Objective To analyze the effects of preoperative neck function exercise combined with ice pack cold compress on the incidence of cervical hyperextension cerebral circulation disorder syndrome,neck range of motion and shoulder joint function in patients with thyroid surgery.Methods 98 patients with elective thyroid surgery in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into 2 groups with 49 cases each by random number table method.The control group was given the neck function exercise,and the experimental group was added the ice pack cold compress on this basis.The incidence of cervical hyperextension cerebral circulation disorder syndrome,neck range of motion and shoulder joint function were compared between the two groups.Results,The incidence of cervical hyperextension cerebral circulation disorder in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The activity of flexion,extension,flexion to the healthy side,flexion to the affected side,rotation to the healthy side and rotation to the affected side in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain degree,daily living ability,muscle strength and shoulder joint range of motion scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Neck function exercise combined with ice pack cold compress can effectively reduce the occurrence of cervical hyperextension cerebral circulation disorder syndrome in patients with thyroid surgery,improve the range of neck motion and enhance the shoulder joint function.
