摘要
通过一步法在室温下合成了NH_(2)功能化的Zr-MOF(UiO-66-NH_(2))材料,并利用X射线单晶衍射分析和红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。合成的UiO-66-NH_(2)(Zr)对抗生素头孢克肟有很好的吸附,以UiO-66-NH_(2)(Zr)的荧光猝灭信号为指标,探究了不同条件下的吸附性能。结果表明:在p H=6.5的磷酸缓冲溶液中,在0.2 mg·mL^(-1)的吸附剂上,头孢质量浓度在0.01~2.00 mg·mL^(-1)时,荧光猝灭程度随着头孢的质量浓度增加呈线性关系。
The NH_(2)-functionalized Zr-MOF(UiO-66-NH_(2))material was synthesized by one-step method at room temperature.X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis and infrared spectroscopy was used to characterize the structure.The synthesized UiO-66-NH_(2)(Zr)had good adsorption property to the antibiotic cefixime.The adsorption properties under different conditions was investigated by the fluorescence quenching of UiO-66-NH_(2)(Zr).The results indicated that in phosphate buffer solution with pH=6.4,the fluorescence quenching showed a linear relationship with the increase of cefixime mass concentration at the range of 0.01~2.00 mg·mL^(-1) on 0.2 mg·mL^(-1) adsorbent.
