吸入一氧化氮治疗新生儿持续性肺动脉高压的效果

摘要 目的:探讨在新生儿持续性肺动脉高压(PPHN)中应用吸入一氧化氮(NO)治疗的效果。方法:从2021年1月—2023年12月铜仁市人民医院收治的PPHN患儿中选择70例为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。两组均接受对症处理,在此基础上对照组采用常频机械通气,观察组采用常频机械通气联合吸入NO治疗。对比两组氧供状态,统计两组临床治疗效率和恢复情况。结果:治疗后,观察组血氧饱和度、血氧分压水平及临床治疗总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、氧疗时间、呼吸困难缓解时间均比对照组短,且肺动脉压力水平比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在PPHN患儿中应用吸入NO治疗,可改善其血氧状态,加快呼吸困难症状缓解速度,降低肺动脉压力,缩短治疗和住院时间,增强治疗效果。 Objective:To analyze the effect of inhaled nitric oxide(NO)in neonatal persistent pulmonary hypertension(PPHN).Method:A total of 70 children with PPHN admitted to Tongren People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.Both group received symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the control group used constant frequency mechanical ventilation,and the observation group used constant frequency mechanical ventilation combined with inhalation NO treatment.By comparing the oxygen supply status of the two groups,the clinical treatment efficiency and recovery of the two groups were counted.Result:After treatment,the blood oxygen saturation,blood oxygen partial pressure level and the total response rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the hospital stay,duration of oxygen therapy and the relief of dyspnea were shorter than that in the control group,and the pulmonary artery pressure level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Inhalation NO treatment in children with PPHN can improve their blood oxygen status,accelerate the relief rate of dyspnea symptoms,reduce pulmonary artery pressure,shorten the length of treatment and hospital stay,and enhance the treatment effect.
