腕踝针治疗PVP术后残留下腰部疼痛患者的效果

Effect of Wrist and Ankle Acupuncture in the Treatment of Patients with Residual Lower Back Pain after PVP

目的:分析腕踝针治疗经皮椎体成形术(PVP)术后残留下腰部疼痛患者的效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年5月广东省中医院大德路总院收治的78例PVP术后残留下腰部疼痛患者。根据随机数表法将其分为A组、B组,各39例。A组给予常规治疗,B组在A组基础上给予腕踝针。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前、治疗7 d后、治疗14 d后疼痛情况、日常生活活动能力、功能障碍情况。结果:治疗后,B组临床总有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d、14 d后,B组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d、14 d后,B组日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d、14 d后,B组Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PVP术后残留下腰部疼痛患者采用腕踝针治疗可有效恢复其功能,缓解疼痛,提升活动能力,且治疗效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture in the treatment of patients with residual lower back pain after percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).Method:A total of 78 patients with residual lower back pain after PVP were selected from Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dade Road General Hospital from December 2022 to May 2023.According to random number table method,they were divided into group A and group B,39 cases in each group.Group A was given routine treatment,group B was given wrist and ankle acupuncture on the basis of group A.The clinical efficacy,pain condition,activity of daily living and dysfunction condition before treatment,after 7 d and 14 d of treatment of the two groups was compared.Result:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d and 14 d of treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of group B were lower than those of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d and 14 d of treatment,the activities of daily life(ADL)scores of group B were higher than those of group A,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d and 14 d of treatment,Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores in group B were lower than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with residual lower back pain after PVP,wrist and ankle acupuncture treatment can effectively restore their function,relieve pain and improve activity ability,and the therapeutic effect is significant.
