小儿手足口病的传染预防策略、治疗方法及效果分析

Analysis on prevention strategy,treatments and outcome of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children

目的 探究小儿手足口病(HFMD)的传染预防策略、对应治疗方法和效果。方法 200例HFMD患儿,以计算机表法随机分组,即对照组和研究组,每组100例。对照组予以常规治疗、预防措施,研究组予以对症抗病毒治疗以及综合预防措施。对比两组症状消退时间及住院时间、疾病治疗效果、满意度。结果 研究组患儿发热消退时间(1.85±0.28)d、疱疹消退时间(4.49±0.57)d、皮疹消退时间(2.72±0.56)d以及住院时间(4.85±1.22)d短于对照组的(2.98±0.37)、(6.75±0.65)、(3.92±0.67)、(6.12±1.09)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗总有效率(99.00%)较对照组(92.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度为100.00%,对照组满意度为94.00%,研究组患儿及家属满意度较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床采用对症抗病毒治疗以及综合预防措施干预小儿HFMD的效果显著,能够针对性治疗疾病,提高恢复速度,保障患儿以及家属满意度,值得临床广泛使用。

Objective To explore the prevention strategy,corresponding treatments and outcome of hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD)in children.Methods 200 children with HFMD were randomly divided into two groups,i.e.,control group and study group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and preventive measures,and the study group was given symptomatic antiviral treatment and comprehensive prevention.The time of symptom resolution,hospital stay,treatment effect and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the study group,the fever reduction time was(1.85±0.28)d,the herpes resolution time was(4.49±0.57)d,the rash resolution time was(2.72±0.56)d and hospital stay was(4.85±1.22)d,which were shorter than(2.98±0.37),(6.75±0.65),(3.92±0.67)and(6.12±1.09)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment efficiency of the study group(99.00%)was higher than that of the control group(92.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%,and that of the control group was 94.00%;the satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical use of symptomatic antiviral therapy and comprehensive preventive interventions has a remarkable effect for pediatric HFMD,which can provide targeted treatment for the disease,improve the recovery speed,and guarantee the satisfaction of the children and their families,which is worthy of extensive clinical use.
