MARK2与肿瘤相关性的研究进展

摘要 微管亲和性调节激酶2(microtubule affinity regulating kinase 2,MARK2)是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,属于高度保守的钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶家族。研究发现MARK2参与了细胞的多种生命活动调节,如细胞迁移、细胞极化、细胞增殖等。最近研究表明MARK2与多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。该文就MARK2的分子结构、分子功能及其近年来与多种恶性肿瘤相关性研究进行综述,望为恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供一些参考。 Microtubule affinity regulating kinase 2(MARK2)is a kind of serine/threonine protein kinase,belonging to highly conserved calmodulin-dependent protein kinase family.In recent years,studies have found that MARK2 is involved in the regulation of various cellular biological processes,such as cell migration,cell polarization and cell proliferation.In addition,MARK2 is closely related to the development of multiple tumors.In this paper,the molecular structure and function of MARK2 as well as its correlation with various malignant tumors are reviewed to provide some diagnostic and therapeutic guidance for malignant tumors.
