摘要
声动力治疗(sonodynamic therapy,SDT)是一种新兴的癌症治疗方式,主要作用原理是利用超声波与肿瘤部位的声敏剂相互作用产生毒性的活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS),进而诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡或坏死,将超声能量高效转化为化学能的声敏剂是决定SDT疗效的关键。此外,SDT联合其他治疗方式也是提高抗癌效果的重要策略。该文就SDT在抗癌领域的研究与进展作一综述,以期为临床治疗提供基础。
Sonodynamic therapy(SDT)is an emerging cancer treatment modality,the main principle of which is to use ultrasound to interact with sonosensitizers at the tumor site to generate toxic reactive oxygen species(ROS),and then induce apoptosis or necrosis of the tumor cells,and the sonosensitizers,which can efficiently convert ultrasound energy into chemical energy,are the key to determining the therapeutic efficacy of SDT.In addition,the combination of SDT with other therapeutic modalities is also an important strategy to improve the anticancer effect.In this article,we will review the research and progress of SDT in the field of anticancer,with the aim of providing a basis for clinical treatment.
