摘要
空间生物学研究组织的空间结构和细胞的相互作用。空间生物学应用空间多组学联合图像分析和深度学习定位肿瘤细胞和亚细胞、理解肿瘤克隆进化、阐释肿瘤细胞与微环境之间作用和预测肿瘤治疗反应,这将进一步推动肿瘤精准治疗。
Spatial biology maps tissue architecture and interrogates cell to cell interactions.Spatial biology can define the identity of cancer cells and subcellular fraction,map tumor clones evolution,reveal the interactions between tumor cells and microenvironment,and predict therapeutic responses using spatial omics and deep learning within their spatial context.Spatial biology will further improve precision treatment of human cancers.
