摘要
ALKBH5(AlkB homolog 5)是m 6A去甲基转移酶蛋白,能去除RNA上的腺嘌呤(A)第6号位氮原子的甲基化。随着科技的进展,越来越多的研究表明,ALKBH5介导的m 6A去甲基化修饰在肿瘤的发生发展中起着重要作用。该文主要介绍了ALKBH5的结构,与其作为癌基因与抑癌基因在各种肿瘤发生发展中所起到的作用,以及ALKBH5表达及功能的调控,旨在为基础及临床医学中对m 6A修饰的研究提供新的研究思路和治疗靶点。
AlkB homolog 5(ALKBH5)is a m 6A demethyltransferase protein,which removes the methylation of the nitrogen atom at the 6th position of adenine(A)on RNA.With the development of science and technology,more and more studies showed that ALKBH5 mediated m 6A demethylation plays an important role in the tumorigenesis and development.This review focuses on the structure of ALKBH5,its role as an oncogene and tumor suppressor gene in tumorigenesis and development,and the regulation of ALKBH5 expression and function.The aim of this study is to provide new research ideas and therapeutic targets for m 6A modification in basic and clinical medicine.
