摘要
粉煤灰制浆搅拌桶装置被广泛用于覆岩离层注浆技术上,本研究主要针对粉煤灰制浆搅拌桶装置实际运行中淤堵、板结、排渣等问题,旨在通过技术创新,解决浆液制备过程中板结、堵塞、搅拌不均匀的问题,减少浆液制备环节对覆岩离层注浆系统的影响。着重从粉煤灰搅拌装置的结构及运行参数(水灰比、冲洗水压)双重方面进行优化,设计通过对搅拌桶桶底采用多孔管技术,采取适当压力的水流对桶底积泥进行扰动来解决搅拌桶桶底粉煤灰板结问题;入料处增设多孔管对团状粉煤灰进行冲击,确保制浆均匀;通过中试试验,结果显示,设置开孔直径10 mm的多孔管,开孔间距300 mm,设置下垂板,在给水压力0.3 MPa,水/灰比(体积)1.07时,可以解决搅拌桶板结、电机烧毁及下游过滤设备堵塞等问题。
The fly ash slurry mixing bucket device is widely used in the grouting technology of overlying rock separation layer.This study mainly focuses on the problems of clogging,compaction,and slag discharge in the actual operation of the fly ash slurry mixing bucket device.The aim is to solve the problems of compaction,blockage,and uneven mixing in the slurry preparation process through technological innovation,and reduce the impact of the slurry preparation process on the grouting system of overlying rock separation layer.Emphasis is placed on optimizing the structure and operating parameters(water cement ratio,flushing water pressure)of the fly ash mixing device.The design solves the problem of fly ash plate formation at the bottom of the mixing bucket by using porous tube technology and appropriate pressure water flow to disturb the mud accumulation at the bottom of the bucket;Add porous tubes at the feeding point to impact the agglomerated fly ash and ensure uniform pulping;Through pilot tests,the results showed that setting a porous tube with an opening diameter of 10mm,a spacing of 300mm between openings,and a drooping plate can solve problems such as mixing drum plate formation,motor burnout,and downstream filtration equipment blockage when the water supply pressure is 0.3 MPa and the water cement ratio(volume)is 1.07.
