摘要
针对韩家村选煤厂压滤机在卸料过程中物料粘度高、不能自动脱饼、沾料、挂料等情况,分析了挂料原因及人工卸料的弊端,并研究了一套安全、高效的智能振打装置,该装置的应用实现了卸料过程的无人值守,提高了工作的可靠性及工作效率,为选煤厂智能化建设提供了参考。
In view of the high viscosity of the material in the process of unloading of the filter press in Hanjiacun coal preparation plant,the filter plate will not be able to automatically decake,stick material,hang material and other situations after the release of the filter plate,the causes of hanging material and the drawbacks of manual unloading are analyzed,and a set of safe and efficient intelligent vibration device is studied.The application practice shows that the unloading process is unattended.It improves the reliability and efficiency of the work,and provides a reference for the intelligent construction of coal preparation plant.
