在分析当前数字技术与终身教育融合现状的基础上,提出教育资源数字化与共享、教育模式与方法创新、教育评价与管理的数字化等发展策略。同时展望了未来终身教育在技术创新、内容与方法革新、国际合作与区域协同等方面的发展方向。通过构建数字化学习平台,优化教育资源配置,加强师资队伍建设等措施,推动终身教育在数字时代的持续发展与创新。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of the integration of digital technology and lifelong education,innovative strategies such as digitization and sharing of educational resources,innovation of educa⁃tional models and methods,and digitization of educational evaluation and management are put forward.At the same time,the development direction of lifelong education in the aspects of technological innovation,innova⁃tion of content and method,international cooperation and regional coordination is also prospected.The sustain⁃able development and innovation of lifelong education in the digital era are promoted by building digital learning platforms,optimizing the allocation of educational resources and strengthening the construction of teachers.
